Breathing Exercises - $40.00

Relaxed breathing is essential for calming the nervous system. Individuals who practice these breathing techniques regularly will feel more relaxed and can have significantly reduced blood pressure. A 30 minute session can help you move toward a healthier lifestyle.


Meditation - $40.00

Meditation can be as simple as learning to focus on your breathing, using guided imagery, or practicing progressive relaxation. These simple techniques can be learned in a matter of minutes and used to prevent the accumulation of stress in your body, your mind, your emotions, and your spirit.


Centering Movement - $40.00

This technique is a meditation through movement. It applies the principles of Tai Chi to a movement pattern that aligns the central channel of the body. This centering and grounding technique provides a sense of relaxation, facilitates balance and wellbeing, and offers an opportunity for spiritual growth.


Therapeutic Movement - $40.00

A variety of movements have been designed to restore healthy functioning to the low back and shoulder area. Instruction takes only 30 minutes, and this set of exercises can be completed in a few minutes each day. Dedication to this simple exercise routine can provide increased range of motion and painfree movement. It is highly recommended that you receive the corresponding Neuromuscular Therapy treatments to complete this wellness package.


Yoga - $40.00

This ancient form of movement enhances well-being on many levels. It provides improved flexibility to the physical body, while clearing the emotions and relaxing the mind. The Institute practices Ayurvedic yoga. Prior experience is not required.
