School

The goal of our School is to train therapists with the skills to heal, restore and rejuvenate.  We want our graduates to be recognized as professionals, equipped for rewarding careers helping people achieve greater health and well-being.  Training in massage therapy and holistic health care are critical components in alternative medicine, and there is growing recognition of the physical, emotional, spiritual and social benefits.

Our programs combine the academic study with extensive hands-on training and experience.  From the first week of school, students will begin practicing as therapists with the skills taught in the classroom.

St. Joseph Institute for Holistic Studies is a unique school.  Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, we are also the largest spa in the region.  Our students have the opportunity to learn and work in a professional environment that is nationally recognized for its pioneering techniques in reducing pain and helping people achieve greater wellness.
