Retreats for Groups

2008

Accommodation: Double and triple rooms (singles available at an additional cost)

Meals: 5 meals (2 days)

Facilities: Includes general use of the facilities, recreation areas, etc.

Cost:

Based on a 2 night stay with 5 meals

$165 per person for overnight accommodation, meals and use of the facility

-- if more than 20 participants

$175 per person for overnight accommodation, meals and use of the facility

-- if more than 10 participants

$190 per person for overnight accommodation, meals and use of the facility

-- if less than 10 participants

Notes:

Taxes (6% sales & 2.5% hotel tax) will be charged if the organization is not a registered charitable organization recognized in Pennsylvania, or if payment is made by individuals. (e.g. tax on $165 is $12.90)

The minimum stay on weekends is 2 nights (exceptions may be made at certain times of the year)

A $500 deposit is required to hold a retreat date. 50% of the total estimated cost is required 21 days prior to the date of the event.

Costs can be adjusted for longer programs and different meal requirements.

Prices subject to change until confirmed by Letter of Agreement.
