Meeting Rates and Services
The St. Joseph Institute welcomes day meetings as well as extended retreats by
organizations and individuals.
Meeting Rooms: Use of meeting space appropriate to group size, room furnishings as required, and general use of the facilities by participants is $325 per day. This includes set-up and cleaning charges.
Meals: The following rates apply to meals. (per person costs)
Breakfast $8.75 (no charge for overnight guests)
Lunch $11.50 - $13.75 (various menu choices)
Dinner $16.25 - $21.25 (depending upon the entrée)
Refreshments & snacks $4.25 - $7.00 (based on selection)
All foods are prepared fresh from natural ingredients. The kitchen is very sensitive to food allergies (please advise us of your requirements) and offers a gluten free menu.
Receptions and special menu requests will be accommodated where possible. Additional charges may apply.
Accommodations: (Rates quoted are Sunday – Thursday, weekends rates may be higher)
Standard rooms $65 per person, double occupancy $110 single
Deluxe rooms $80 per person, double occupancy $135 single
1 bedroom suite $195
2 bedroom suite $245
Laurel Wellness Center
Treatments are arranged by appointment for individuals or special packages provided for groups with a variety of formats. (please ask for details). Book early to ensure availability. The normal hours of operation are 9 am to 6 pm (weekdays) and 9 am to 9 pm (weekends)
Notes:
- Screens and white boards are available at no additional cost
- Flip charts and markers are available for $10 per day
- LCD and overhead projectors are available for $35 per day
- Wellness programming, meeting facilitation and presentations on themes such as communications, conflict resolution, managing stress, marketing and strategic planning can be provided.
